Our 4-Week Vasbyt Calisthenics Training Program is designed to push your limits, preparing you for the unique physical and psychological challenges Vasbyt will throw at you. Whether you're carrying railway tracks, sandbags, or heavy gear, this program builds the raw power, stamina, and mental toughness you need to succeed.
What to Expect:
- Full-Body Functional Strength:
Master bodyweight movements and loaded carries to strengthen your entire kinetic chain—from grip to core to legs. - Endurance Under Load:
Train your body to perform under fatigue with progressive weighted rucking, heavy sandbag carries, and high-rep circuits. - Explosive Power & Agility:
