Service Description
Streetlifting is the strength-focused discipline of calisthenics, combining classic bodyweight movements with external load to develop maximal strength, control, and power. In this class, we train the core streetlifting lifts — weighted pull-ups, weighted dips, and weighted muscle-ups (progressions provided) — using structured programming, progressive overload, and strict technique standards. Sessions focus on building absolute strength while maintaining joint integrity, movement quality, and long-term athletic development. Streetlifting is ideal for athletes who want to: Increase upper-body pulling and pushing strength Transition from calisthenics into weighted strength work Prepare for streetlifting or strength-based competitions Build transferable strength for street workout and other sports All levels are welcome. Regressions and progressions are provided to ensure safe and effective training for beginners through advanced athletes.
